2. Our Services
Sprout News provides a digital news platform offering AI-curated, editorially verified news coverage across categories including India, Tech, AI, Business, Markets, Jobs, Arts and World affairs. Our services include:
- A web-based news platform accessible at sprout.news
- A daily email newsletter ("Sprout Brief") delivered to subscribers
- In-article AI-assisted news summaries powered by our VeriFact™ pipeline

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
3. Our Content & Editorial Standards
Sprout News is committed to accurate, verified journalism. However, we make no warranty that our content is error-free, complete or current. News is inherently dynamic — facts may change after publication.
Our VeriFact™ pipeline applies a three-stage AI verification process to stories before publication. Stories below our minimum trust threshold are not published. However, this process has limitations and does not constitute professional fact-checking for the purposes of legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
Our content is for informational purposes only. Nothing published on Sprout News should be construed as financial, legal, medical, investment or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on news content.
Sponsored content and native advertising are clearly labelled. Editorial coverage is never influenced by commercial relationships.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use Sprout News to:
- Scrape, crawl or harvest content in bulk without our express written permission
- Republish, reprint or redistribute our content without attribution and a link back to the original article
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls, security measures or rate limits
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian or international law
- Impersonate Sprout News, its staff, or any other person or entity
- Transmit spam, viruses, or any other malicious code through our platform
We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content published on Sprout News — including articles, summaries, headlines, graphics, design elements and the VeriFact™ methodology — is the intellectual property of Sprout News and/or its licensors.
You may share individual articles via social media or messaging, provided you include a link to the original article and attribute "Sprout News." You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content without written permission.

We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how subscriber data is handled.
7. AI Disclosure
Sprout News uses artificial intelligence as part of our editorial workflow. Specifically:
- Our VeriFact™ pipeline uses large language models (LLMs) to gather, cross-check and rewrite news stories
- AI-generated content is reviewed and edited by human editors before publication
- We use AI models provided by xAI (Grok) and other providers. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms
- AI-generated summaries may occasionally contain errors. We encourage readers to consult source publications for primary information
We are committed to transparent AI use in journalism and will continue to update our disclosure as our AI practices evolve.
8. Third-Party Links
Sprout News may contain links to third-party websites and publications. These links are provided for reference only. We do not endorse, control or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices or accuracy of third-party sites. Your use of linked sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms and privacy policies.
